Some old bells...1876 & 1878!!
Went out hunting where I think an old stable used to be. There are some stone remains that look like they could've been old water troughs, or maybe fountains. There is an old concrete stairway as well.
I found these 7 bells within 12" of each other, thinking they were held together by a leather strap one time. (As you can see some black leather remains on the tops/bottoms of these bells)
Also found what looks like maybe part of a watch fob and some other thingy which has some cool design on it. No coins, but seems like there would be seated potential in this area according to the pat. date on the bells. Enjoy!
After I cleaned them up, they ring very nicely....Each one having a slightly different ring to it.
Oct. 24, 76 & May 14 '78 Patent dates.
