some pottery

I went to west virginia last week to go metal detecting but ended up artifact hunting most of the time. I found a lot of pottery and some small scrappers and my friend found a couple peices of pottery and one small bird point, it was the first time in years the spot produced much pottery.

I dont know how far apart you found those sherds, but it sure looks like it could all be from the same vessel. Way to go. Keep going back until you cleaned out that spot if they were all in the same spot.
