This circle of iron , I had peeled what might been leather revealing it. And is this a drain plug or an artillery fuse? Last is this what appears to be a knob to something, wondering about the screw holes or is that where a tool went to turn it . Thanks for looking . I do t think I loaded the pics in order

The first piece looks like a cap/cover for an old regulator. Maybe steam engine or heat system?

Now I’m thinking this could have been a leather paper weight…maybe
