✅ SOLVED Some type of case?

Case seems to be silver plated 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches. It opens up to three different sections. There are two circular holders on one piece about the size of a penny and dime. There are two little loops on top that might have had chain to hold it. Case rings up in the mid 70's. Looking to find what it is and time period. thanks

nice still looks in good condition, yours looks plated ?, and its a combo Compact, Cigarette Case, Coin Holder
sorta like this one, looking again might only be a compact case with coin holder

It is called a necessaire and would carry the items a lady would need. Usually room for $$ and some pressed powder. Dates up until the 20's or so. Nice!
