So here's the point with some ancient side damage that my son found just before I found the broken bannerstone...

Since the ground conditions were good, we went back a day or so later and I found a point pretty quickly. It was difficult, if not impossible to miss.

A little while later, my son found a nice little hafted scraper.

A few days later, my son was fishing in the pond, so I decided to walk the edge of the bean field. Just between the cornfield and bean field, I found this one...
third point from hill.webp

Here are the three points together...

We've disked a few fields and all of the wheat is in the ground, so now that we've finally gotten some rain, I may take a walk or two and see if I can't find some more artifacts before the end of the year. I'm hoping that we'll be able to chisel all of the fields this fall, which would help to extend the season by quite a bit.

Kindest regards,
Kantuck

First point is not damaged. Just re-sharpened by somebody who left the knapping tools back at home & needed a sharper edge to finish some job.

FWIW
