South East Gold Panning Favorite Spots

Hello group,

I have done some panning/prospecting around the southeast US and had some decent luck here and there. I am curious as to where others are having their best luck. My favorite spot has been in the North GA area near Cleveland & Dahlonega. I am about to go try Thermal City on a recommendation from a friend. Anyone had any luck there? What is your favorite spot?

hahaha.... I mean any mines or something. Crisson is my favorite. Gold and Gems sucked.
