Anyone know of good places to detect in southern Oregon, around Medford especially.
And does anyone want to get together in my area and do some detecting?
There are scads of places around Medford. Unfortunately, I can't give you locations as I have no idea as to what the ownership status is.
Anyplace where dirt has been moved. Check sidewalk repairs after hours, any old placer mines after you check legal status and get permission from the owner, anyplace on BLM or National Forest land that isn't claimed.
You can use this program to put you into a good area, but its not necessarily up to date.
