Superb images. Thanks because I almost missed the whole thing.
I live on a dirt road and with all the rain recently it is a washboard and the vehicles make a terrible rumbling sound as they zip across it. That is what I thought I heard that woke me up about 5:27 am. It took me about 5 seconds to realize it was the launch. I immediately went outside in my "jammies" and walked north to the end of my street to see what was left of it. I saw the last minute of it as it disappeared into the horizon.
Those sunrise launches and vapor trails are awesome, even being about 60 miles away, when the rocket hits the edge of space. The vapor trail expands at a phenomenal rate. It goes from being contained around the flame like the first image to the second image in about 1-2 seconds.
I saw one of the shuttle launches back in the early 1990s when I was going back and forth to work in Alachua. Lord the sound of it was just awe inspiring. It left me feeling invisible to be an American.
