Spanish of French arrow heads from colonial era...I think.

Had one of these from several years ago and then just found another on a 1680-1720 site. Sure looks like this is what I have found. The top one is broken and chipped on the other end.

Without looking at the site provided, your artifacts appear to me to be "janglers" or tinkling cones that were made from cut kettle pieces and worn by Indians. Having detected many fur trade sites here in the north, I have found many of these. Native Americans still wear "janglers" on Pow Wow costume today, although a more cheaper, mass - produced version.
