(My opinion only) This is more recent than any Spanish mark and not deep enough. This apears to have been left within the last 35 to 40 years. ( my guess)

I doubt it is "spanish", but could be a modern cache marker of some sort. People have been hiding valuables throughout history. Quien sabe?
