Sparklys and clad and zinc

Tried a new spot today. And am glad,on second signal got a Tid of 19 to 40 on my Safari. See picture with a penny for scale. Noted the smooth tonal progression and decided to dig. Out popped this flashy item, I snagged it fast, glittery things get my attention. Put it in a safe place. There was some other junk in the same hole also. Loving my FBS800 coil still, great separation. Also it gets great pinpoints. Ok, on the other picture. On top row is the junk items a sinker and a what-is. Got a bunch of zincking pennies, then next row down copper pennies then next row is dimes. Top right someones snap button and then on over the nickels in a downward row and a lone quarter with the earing. There is a stamp in the back of the earing but I cannot read anything inside it even with my 40x. Dunno if its a good one or not at that size most likely CZ, what do you think? Happy Hunts!CARM

I went thru the same hopeful thinking. But, it's a cz, sterling mount. I found 3 of em recently. Everybody is wearing these.

Put it under a black light. if it flouresces (usually blue) its real diamond. Don't think its flourescing if it reflects the purple blacklight. It's got to be a different color than the blacklight.

Had a friend who owns a checker test it. They said "Its sterling with CZ." I need to get one of those checkers i think.
