For any/all Indigenous North American individuals, fans, researchers, etc.....I'm hoping someone can help with details on this Point. A farmer dug it up in northwest Louisiana back in the 60's and gave it to my Dad. I'm looking for cultural and practical references as well as any approximate time frame for this item. Thanks so much in advance!

Very nice, great materialLooks like it belongs in the Adena family & great material. In LA. it may go by a different name. Maybe a Dickson or Mabin. It's worth more than a field grade but you won't get rich off it. 50-100 bucks would be my guess.
