Spokane area arrow head

Nice Spokane arrow head. Opinions? Knowledge? Found it when I was young on my parents property. It was about 8 inches down. The largest point is the spokane point. Any comments are greatly appreciated and welcome.

The left edge shows beveling chips where it appears to have been resharpened.
You can see where it appears to be rechipped clear down to where the handle would of been hafted.

Not conclusive, but I'd be reasonably certain this was a knife and not an arrowhead.
