Grapefruit spoon I believe. Any makers marks on the back?

I've eaten grapefruit with a spoon that looked like that when I was a kid. Time frame would be 70 years ago, plus or minus in my case, I'm 80 now.

Well, im sure these guys are right, but i was wondering if the serrations are to keep someone from sucking on the spoon

It's to keep the grapefruit from squirting in your eye. Seriously, and as I recollect it worked.
