I found this spoon ring in my front yard. I think it's silver plated, but I'm not entirely sure.

If it is sterling silver it will be marked sterling or 925. Spoon rings were very popular in the 1960's. Years ago there were some silver flatware companies who would give the engaged bride-to-be a spoon ring of the silver plate pattern she chose for her silver flatware pattern. With today's silver prices, most brides-to-be select silver plate or stainless. Neat find, Breezie

I always liked spoon rings, I haven't dug one in a long time, but I did make one out of a sterling spoon I dug for my fiancee a while back.
