It's for sure a spoon.And with the shape of the bowl & how the stem looks like it would had attached I'd say a slip top type spoon.And would date it mid 1600's.If you could maybe draw what you see of the mark or a better shot might do hard to say.But anyhow I could try and match it to all the ones I have.Up to Ya! But it's old for sure.
