Your only option in or around Harpers Ferry is private property with permission. There is a TON of history in that area, and most of the town is a National Historical Park, which is completely off limits and means jail time or a huge fine if you get caught.

If you can secure permission from a private landowner, however, I can pretty much guarantee you will find something.
