springtime weather and the skunks are out

Man 10 more skunks between yesterday and today annd actually with the one rerolled dump box yesterday makes it 11 and now up to 51 strong
On a good note my main dump branch today I asked for ikes like I always do cause the machines spit them out and they didnt have any but the teller told me they could order them in either $100 or $200 increments, like I said I ask everytime and not once has anyone mentioned it- anyways I said ya order me how ever many you can- so we will see im not getting my hopes up for any ag but in my area I can almost always sell them for $1.25-$1.35 a piece so itll be a nice small profit it they can get them in and ill order them every other week if so

Wow 51 box skunk streak? that's pretty rough. But that's great you found out your bank will order u large dollar coins, and that u can sell the clad Ikes so easily for such a nice profit. I usually have a hard time finding buyers for my clad Ikes. About a month ago I sold 100 Ikes at my local coin shop for a small $5 profit. I've never done much better than a 10% profit with clad Ikes on CL so I was just happy to get rid of them and make even just a small profit.

Btw, your coin counters will let u dump large dollars? I mean it seems odd they even fit in the machine if the machine doesn't accept and count them. No coins larger than half dollars even fit in the coin counters I use.

Well good luck with your large dollars orders. That seems strange too they let u order in such small amounts if u want too. But since your half boxes aren't producing this could be a nice alternative for u. Sure wish I could find a bank that would order those for me. I usually ask my dump bank for larger dollars too but I've never actually asked them about ordering them for me either. Im sure the answer is no but it doesn't hurt to at least ask.

Lol, yeah Id sure love to find a bank to order them for me too. And since u can order them in such small amounts that gives u a chance to place a couple of small orders to see what kind of luck u have with them. And since u are able to flip the clads for a decent profit u have nothing to loose.

I think Im gonna keep trying to find someplace to order me some big dollars too. I do have a friend who works in the loan dept of a bank but she has no interest in coins but I've thought about maybe seeing if she can figure out a way to order me some from her bank.

At this point I've been through 1000+ ikes, still not a single 40%, I have found several type II's. Go figure.

I've only been through probably $150-200 FV (total). I got the 40%er out of a teller tray a month ago or so.

No Type 2 Ikes.

Oh yeah, alive and kicking. Can't wait till spring. Horses are starting to shed their winter coats so all I need is for my best friend's geese to start laying eggs and I will officially know is that its spring.
