St Pete beach

Finally a day I'm off work and it wasnt raining!!
Hit St Pete Beach at the public access.
Found my first GIANT BLING necklace. not silver and fake diamonds. fun finding it tho.
another ring..no markings but seems to be silver (not sure)
a locket thingy
an unkown jewelry thing with pink stones..the outside is skulls with pink eyes.
1 quarter
8 dimes
1 nickel
10 pennies
and the usual treasure of bottle caps, pulltabs, nails, foil, etc.

I havent "HIT" the Tradewinds area yet but been thru there.. too many miles of beach and too little time.
Alot of new sand on the beaches..yes makes finding my prized bottle caps and pull-tabs really hard! heh

Wow, awesome stuff... good to see people are finding stuff right in my own home town. I've always wanted to check out Fort deSoto park... but I know the rules of the park probably prohibit detecting, especially around the Fort itself.
