Hey SW. Good to see that things are improving. The only concern I have is that I am not seeing anything in your finds that would indicate that your machine is set to find possible gold items. If that is by design, I understand. If not, you may want to adjust your discrimination to get that thing down to where it is finding nickels, some foil, pull tabs, small pieces of copper wire and other similar items. You have to get down to those items to know that you have a chance to find gold rings or jewelry. Your machine is comparable to my land machine Tesoro Bandido. I would set the discriminate setting down to about a 3 or 4. 5 will get nickels and many gold items but the 3 or 4 will insure that you will find most small gold items along with the other larger gold.
That falsing or noise can be reduced in the water by turning down the sensitivity on your machine which is adjusted on that Tiger inside the housing. You will not loose a ton of depth by doing this and you may have to turn it a little at a time via trial and error to get it to where it is perfect in your area. You can also control the noise better if you slow down the swing speed on your coil. Most of my water finds are reasonably shallow even with my ultra deep Infinium so don't worry too much about loosing any depth with your settings turned down some. You can do an air test at your house to see what is acceptable to you on the lower sensitivity but I believe it will pay you dividends to turn it down some.
My kids like those toys also. Those are great finds. Hope you load your pockets full of gold this year.
Good luck,
Jim
