State of Michigan souvenir spoon.

My most interesting spoon unearthed to date. Surprised to see something I recognized immediately, the state seal of michigan?? A quick search brought up similar spoon designs, a few were being called state of Michigan souvenir spoon. Perhaps?
Imperial Silver. Cool. Edit: I can see very faintly "michigan" on the handle.
I'm happy to have that in my collection!
