Statehood quarter question

I got this 2007 quarter in change. notice there is no detail on the horse or rider.
does anyone know about misstrikes? is this coin worth anything more than $.25

some of the state quarters look good, and some look like crap. it looks like that has been in circulation for years and the detail worn off the horse!
