Good day fellow tnet members, as promised here's the relics that I found at my site. the first pic shows some buckles, a nice horse bridal rosette, garton bottle stopper with metal top, pointer eagle pencil, and the small item above the pocket knife appears to be a part that holds a medal. The backside is stamped august 14? 190? I can't quite make it out, if it is august 14 1900 it's quite possible that it was awarded to a boxer rebellion vet (can't find the medal if it is there). The second pic shows 3 square nails (they appear to be unused) and a large fish hook, these were pulled out of the same hole, to the right is a nicely crafted tinkler cone , it must have been made and lost at the spot I found it ( clippings were 2 feet away). Second row at left is fishing lure ( might be modern), next to it looks like a musket ramrod tip, old bullet (dime for reference) don't know the age or cal its to delicate to clean. The washers on the bottom have got me stumped , I have found them scattered around my site, they appear to be pewter, no markings, I wonder if maybe they were some sort of a site specific token (there was a trading post here). Any help with those would be much appreciated. I hope you folks enjoy looking at these as much as I enjoyed finding them and hh.

Very nice variety there, looks like you got a mechanical pencil too ! Wonder if it is sterling silver?

Thanks C and R Man , I have to take a closer look at that pencil, I think it's 1920s vintage but havn't gave it a good cleaning yet.

You certainly have found a variety of items there. Good luck on your next venture.
