Steger Special Spoon

I found this spoon and I know its nothing special but has anyone else ever found one and how old is it? All is says on it is Steger Special and the numbers 52 or 25

Appears to be silver plated

reminds me of the simple plated dining car/ship flatware.are you anywhere steger ill.?the steger special may have been dining car on r.r.

not familiar with this brand but terms like "special", "extra", etc. were often used on lower end silver plated wares to suggest the quality of the plating.
