What if any marks have you found ? - Looks to be 1920's or thereabouts , perhaps used for a picnic kit (What are the letters on the blade ?)

It's initials from one person to another. I think it's earlier than 1920's and I don't really see it being part of a picnic kit. I imagine if it was engraved and given as a gift, it was probably a standalone item.
