Picked up my normal two boxes of halves on Thursday. Started going through and found a few proofs (bottom row in 2x2s). Friday, ran by another bank where I have been stopping by for a few weeks waiting for them to fill their quarter bag....finally, the bag was full. Saturday, I was dumping all the halves and thought to myself I should run by yet another bank but that bank hasn't even turned up a single half so started heading home to start going through the quarters. Got about 3/4 way home and my cell starts ringing. Low and behold it was the bank I had skipped to tell me someone had just deposited $51 in halves and about $23 in Ikes. Awesome call! Turned up 5 perfect proofs and 1 - 1976 Silver (top row of 2x2s). Second image is a close up of them before putting them in their cards.
Just finished up the quarters bag tonight. Found a lot of good State quarters to help the kiddos start their collection but did find 1 silver from the 50's.
