This week's 1.5K in halves AGAIN yielded silver; makes for a 2-week non-skunk streak! ;D ;D

The box came up empty, but the bag (1K) gave me 15 X 40%, three proofs, and two GORGEOUS '91's (P and D). Those two coins are extremely high quality strikes as someone must have broken up an Uncirculated Set, thus the P and D mintmarks.

The last two weeks have given me 32 X 40's!!! That's really good for this area.

Thanks for reading, and great luck to all!

Definitely jealous, keep up the good luck. I'm riding an 0 for November and an 8 box skunk streak on the supposedly silver-rich East coast.

Nice job jet...I hope your silver streak continues!

I'm picking up 24 boxes over the next three days, so I'm hoping some of your luck will rub off on me!

Not laughing at your luck, that's just a funny way of putting it.

Congratulations Ramjet.

Thanks buddy. BTW, I can deliver some more of those Bicentennials, if you need a few thousand more to complete your collection. :laughing9: :laughing9:

Sounds like your doing good Ramjet. I did 4 boxes last month and found 1 keeper (a Ben)

Legend

Ramjet, bring them on over. Just don't forget to leave a few silvers in the mix like you usually do. ;D

Ouch!! :tongue3:

I suppose I could dump some in the old-school wrappers I have laying around. I've always wanted to do that. :icon_pirat: :icon_pirat:

I also got hit with the "silver paint pen bandit" again this week. You remember, the fool who tries to prank people by painting edges silver. Sure glad they spend their time painting coins, and not finding silver. ::) ::)

Thanks everyone for the kind words and the replies.

Great job. Now go sniff that big stack and smell that sweet sweet silver smell.

Persistence is power!

. . . the fool who tries to prank people by painting edges silver. . .

I've been trying a variation of this prank for a while. I paint the edges of any silvers that I find a copper color and then dump them with the clads.

I get such a kick out of picturing the edge searchers of the world throwing silver coins into the dump container because they are too lazy to date search.

Wow !! Me, too. Only I also draw a big sharpie line across John's face to enhance the deception
