4th pic might have been a scraper or just some waste material

The reason I posted these is because being new to collecting these are items that I have questions about, wether they are artifacts or not. Some have the appearance of being made or somewhat altered by man. Some of them look real similar to pieces I have seen here. I don’t think that every piece I see as that. Right now I pick up what might be then I look it over and if I feel it might be more I look it over with a magnifying glass.

Cant believe only one response. I will take better pics next time so y’all can see what I saw. These don’t show it.

The area you picked those up in has the possibility of producing artifacts if it is not like some of the old fields I have been in and hunted out unless it could be plowed deep again to turn up more stuff.

It’s a no till Field, the only discing is done when they put ammonia down.

If I found those pieces I would probably discard them, but if I found those pieces I would DEFINITELY be on the lookout for other artifacts. To me, far from expert, I would think those were waste pieces left over from making other tools. Looks like you have a promising location. :icon_thumleft:
