Which usually doesn't matter to me, but I bought this last week and so far have driven it up and down Main Street when it was clear one time. I hit 25mph at one point. Well it does give me some time to work on a couple of adjustments.

Very nice looking ride.
That's painful watching the snow melt.

What's it got for a power train?

Sweet,I don’t know that there’d even be a straight stretcher road around there where you can open that up.

Ok some specs. 2007 Chevy Vette 2dr convertible. 6.0 litre V-8. 400hp but it has a procharger installed that ups that to 600hp. Mileage is just under 34,000. Custom paint job by some guys in Kentucky. I got it at $25,500 which I thought was too cheap, but doin some research found at that was a little high, as you can pick one up for around 18,000. One site I looked at showed it to be about $3000 under market value due to the low mileage, procharger, and custom paint job. Last guy that had it was a member of that Corvette club, so he probably took care of it. They gave me all the info and service records from when it first came out. Originally it listed for $79,520. Got a couple little things I'm gonna have to get corrected, but nothing major I can see. That tire sensor deal is a quick fix. I hope.

And cyzak, that 'UFO Highway' down in the San Luis Valley would be the place to wrap that rascal out.

Maybe 2 more months, Johnny Bravo! I think Breck is closing down in May, snow and snow making permitting, and A-Basin will go to whenever. We got more snow coming yet.
Still another month of snowboard season here in Colorado. Whoohoo

Wow! Nice set of treads there RG. Gosh I've always figured you a pickup man. You gotta hit cottonwood pass now that it's been paved and straighten out.
I've been over it several times since they took like 3 years to completely overhaul that road. Hell back in the 80s me and my miner pards would beat the hell out of a 73' Bonneville with a 455 over that washboard dirtroad like I was driving in a world class rally heading over to Gunnison to spend our pay hoping to pickup up some of them Western Colorado University gals. I did hookup with a pretty blonde over there named Jade. Years later she lost her life in 1990 I believe it was in a gas explosion at the bank in Crested Butte. I'd think about her almost every time I'd be driving down the west side of cottonwood looking down on the valley below and recalling those good time back then 😥

Still got my Silverado, TR, you can see it parked next to the Vette in that one pic. Finally got it cleaned up yesterday and drove it to work today to show some of the guys, and there were people in the parking lot complimenting it and one guy asked if he could take pics of it. Then a lady came up and took pics. I guess it is one of a kind and basically a show car, and I guess some people are just in love with Corvettes. Best thing, the wife likes it, but she did point out to me we were still just two old people cruisin around in a Vette, haha!

Around here, old people are the only ones who can afford Corvettes.

Old don't mean rich! I'm old and I still can't afford a Corvette. In fact, I'm so old I wouldn't be able to get out of it if I ever sat down in it!

I sure hope you did not pick up salt residue from the street

Mag chloride is what we worry about here Gare, which is why you see us at the carwash all winter long. So far I haven't had any problems from that with any of my vehicles. You're right Arfieboy old don't mean rich. And yeah, it is a little difficult gettin in and out of, no matter your age. This thing will run. Finally got it out on I-70, and hammered the accelerator, and it went from 35 on the on ramp to 85 in just a very short distance before I could bring it back down.
