This is a 4 inch tall stone artifact perfectly balanced feet and hands, a bird head and I can not find out what it is??

wow,very cool,tell us how and where aquired....it helps.You are probably going to have to have that looked at by an archeologist.Maybe contact local university...they really cool about that.Just NEVER tell em you dug it
