Metal Detecting
Went out tonight for an evening hunt. Didn’t have much luck metal detecting. Mostly junk. My girlfriend found this sweet arrowhead, so those credits go to her :headbang: I found this cool stone button with a fancy engraving. Also found an adjustable wrench that a farmer lost around 10 years ago. It’s pretty rusted. That’s about it.

Nice results I hope to find some arrowheads this season also

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

You ought to post that point in the N A Indian section, its a nice one

Great fluted point, probably Folsom or Cumberland, either way it's in the 10-12k year old range. Congrats!

Sweet! Thanks for posting

That tip does have the look of the “kind” every doesn’t have. A few more pics would be great.

Electrolysis on a rusted tool can be very interesting. I learned how to do it on cast iron cookware and tools I picked up.

Looks like some nice finds.

It’s really hard for me to say type. So may have better guess. Its a neat find for sure. In my experiences, if you find one tip, you’ll find more, I would head back there for sure..

We all have days like that, just always glad to get out and dig
