HELP...NATIVE AMERICAN ....WHAT???? ARITFACT???

This was found by my son a few years ago. It was found on my brother's property next to the White Tank Mountains outside of Surprise, Arizona. The Hohokam Indians and the Yavapai Indians lived in the White Tank Mountains.
I have searched and searched the internet for help to no avail, figured someone here could have an idea of what it is.
It is almost 4inchs long and the widest part is 2 inches. HELP Please

:hello: Wejcome "jvlmary" to TNET!

I am afraid that your item is natural rock with a unique shape to it. I sincerely do not believe it was used by Native Americans.

A leaverite... just about any old rock could be used to drive a tent peg... Just leave it right where you found it...:laughing7:
