Strange buckle found on today's hunt

Todays hunt I got a unique buckle that says "ICH DIEN" it means "I serve" in German...any ideas on an ID for it?

Also got a 44 and a 28 wheatie
Another buckle
Skeleton key
Lantern parts
Decorative thingy with a 2 7/8 hole in the middle
And several other odds and ends

Check that interpretation again. ICH DIEN may be The Order of Bath. Welsh

Pin with "66" or "99" depending on witch way it was intended...
Is a "laundry pin" or the likes... imo.
