Could you get an accurate measurement of the diameter or take a picture of it next to a penny or something? That thing is THIN!

Okay I put it in the middle of a penny nickel dime quarter maybe that will help you out a little more

Just a guess, but it could be a worn down clad quarter that has been in the surf for a very long time.

Mackadon I'm getting 25.05mm

Sorry but that doesn't sound right. In your picture with the strange coin in the middle of the others, it looks smaller than the quarter. But quarters are 24.1mm (by my measurement, though Wikipedia says 24.2mm - either way, your coin should measure smaller than 24mm).
