I went metal detecting today to a park.
I found a folded up cross and a few coins as well as this strange 11 gram piece of something.
That piece of something seems to be cut into a pretty equal shape and has a silver looking metal at the back but its almost as it its just stuck/soldered onto it.
It is magnetic but also really heavy for its size.
It's not lead because its way too hard.
What is this? Some gemstone? Cut meteorite or just slag?
