Strange Nickel - anyone seen this before?

Found this in a reject bin at the local Coinstar today. Also a handful of other foreign change including 55 silver canadian dime. It seems like a double planchet but never seen one. Anyone seen this before?

Looks like a nickel I got years ago. If you hold it in water it will fill up. Then when you show it to someone you squeeze the nickel and squirt water in their face. Could get them at shops selling joke material.
