Found this rock Texas Hill country around the frio river. It appears to have some organic contents I believe. It's about the size of a youth bowling ball. One of the pictures kinda freaked me out because it looks like a face somewhat. It will the last picture I post. Even has a spot that looks like an ear. 20190906_161423.webp20190906_161328.webp20190906_161314.webp20190906_161236.webp20190906_161208.webp20190906_161150.webpSmartSelect_20190908-140920_Gallery.webp20190907_210355.webp

What do you need help with?

Your item looks like a weathered piece of limestone with the flower head of a cronoid imbedded in it. Or a coral sea fan.

There is a whole lot more then limestone. It has parts that look like ligaments/tendons in some areas

Ligaments and tendons would not fossilize I suppose. I'm not a fossil guy though? Anyone know?
