Street tear out.

Went to Dover,Mn were a couple of blocks of the street are torn out. About a foot of gravel has been removed. I detected in the street and the only coin found was this 1936 Washington Quarter no mint mark.
The 1960 Shilling was found last week.



And the brass ring must be horse related.
