Took this yesterday out on a bike ride. This BNSF locomotive moved very slowly over this wood trestle. That structure of timbers made one heck of a sound of gowning, creaking and growling sounds as it went over it. Not sure how old this trestle is, but it's been there the 29+ years I've gone under it along the creek trail. I had to get a move on as a storm was moving in bringing with it some cold rain. Made it home just as the rain and lighting hit, but just in case, I always keep a cheap poncho in my back pocket. Boy it really cooled a nice day down real fast when it arrived.

Very nice .
That reminds me I need to post some Locomotive / train pictures that I have taken in the past 2-3 months.

Also noticed there were Tornado Watches posted in CO yesterday (don't know about yr area) but sounds like you def, had 2 clashing air masses.

FWIW???

Dang, that looks like a wimpy trestle for a modern locomotive!

I did not expect to see a train pic by your title. Boy! Was I pleasantly surprised! That does look like one old trestle! Very cool!
