Struck Through?

At first look I thought this to be an extremely worn out nickel. Further review shows it does have partial steps and seems to fit the description of a “struck through grease” error. Would struck through grease affect both sides of the coin? Does this appear to fit a struck through grease error? Thanks for looking.
