Structure with metal tank..age???

Found this brick structure and a metal tank on top. The brick is 5 1/2 feet tall , wooden door on the front, and on top the metal tank. Anyone ......what age what was it used for??
Possibly built between 1900-1920...
Anyone have any ideas

A couple of ideas.

Holding tank for water, pump went inside the brick structure. It looks like a hydraulic fluid tank used for larger scale hydraulic equipment use(elevators, heavy equipment etc).
Was there in lumber work in area?? I could have been a fuel tank for draggers, etc.

There is a separate small concrete slab to the rear of it with a 3 inch pipe in the center of it. This is on top a 30 foot high bank of a creek. Believed usage as a water tank, for a WW1 training camp, in Texas.
