Russian with Czar Nicholas on front, 50 Kopecks 1899 on reverse. How did you find it?

This coin was in an old coin collection I bought from a guy at work some years ago. I've only recently had the time to look through it. Thanks very much for identifying it. I might put it on e-bay. If I do, I'll give you a mention Wildcat!

Yes I am and I do have the same name but I don't look anything like the czar.
