Stupid Dime

I hit a few places today. found this stupid 48 dime!!!!! dropped it like 50 times had to refind it.Plus found this womans basketball medal. I assume it's women's cause of the lumps hehehehhe. Then hit my backyard. Any help on the other thing would be gr8ful!!
