Sugar Maple

I dug up this tree near the lake 25 yrs ago. It’s nicer this yr than it has ever been. It also turned late. All my other maples are done and leaves gone. No photo shop enhancement. Just as it came from phone camera.

Magnificent Sugar Maple tree a treasure in its self!

A real beautiful tree.

The rule of 👍 is that A tree should be at least 10 inches in diameter, measured at 4 1/2 feet above the ground, to tap it for sap.
