Summer Love

I have a few summer finds that I really can't identify, I'd greatly appreciate any help.

I no the one looks like it's a tiny pewter tea cup. I'm curious maybe what it was used for.

The token baffles me the most, it's appears to be a snake on one side and a finger print on the other..

The other one looks like a cufflinks or a button I'm not sure of its original and what branch it is..

Your tea cup is part of a doll set.
Your cuff link looks like a state seal button.
That toke is very cool, but I have no idea what it might be.
