Sunday 11-25 hunt

Mark, Doug and I hit an old demolished elemetary school for an hour early hoping to squeeze a coin or two out of there as it has been beat to death with every detector in Houston. No luck today for us. We then stopped at two house demos and it was a bit better! I got 3 silvers, a 64 quarter, a 44 Rosie and a war nickel. Also 6 wheats, clad dimes, and memorials. Also got an old Weingartens Grocery token.

Weather was great and it was a good 4 hour hunt. I think between us we got 5 silver coins and a silver ring along with about 20 wheats.

Nice weather here in the Houston area so we put in some detecting time. No silver coin for me but I did manage to squeek out a marked 925 silver ring when I stopped at a site on the way home. Also got a neat looking toy derringer pistol. The hammer and spring work, just will not lock and fire with the trigger. My coins were clad and 7 wheat pennies.
