You had a productive 2 hours. I really like the material yours are made from. What is it? What area of the country were they found?

im in cookeville tn not really sure what kind of flint it is, some is black/grey/white/red and brown.
someone else may can tell you.
im new to this and learning, just happened upon a great place to look. ive picked up close to 250 items in about 1 and a half months.

Looks like you have a killer hunting spot! Lots of nice tools, I think I see a couple broken drills there as well. Way to go

Hey treefrog

I must have had some crazy advice on the brown and black. I found a worked chunk of it again sunday. Everyone is right you have a good spot and I hope it will last a little longer for you.I am sure there are others(sites) close by in your area. Keep them coming. Did you see the axe posted found up on the Mtn?
