IMG_0797.webpIMG_0794.webp Sunday's hunt was at a soccer field we'd hunted about five years ago so we figured it had time to refill itself and was worth another try. We hunted for just over two hours getting 83 coins worth $11.38. No silver or jewelry finds but it was still fun.

Buy silver and gold with the clad I find. It puts a whole new perspective on clad. Every coin gets me closer to a silver dollar.

Thanks Scoop.....every year I cash in my clad finds and buy silver and/or gold but I just dumped all my holdings because of the high price and made a sizeable profit. This year I may just hold onto whatever I cash in and wait until bullion prices drop......IF they do

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

I love filling my clad jars money in the bank

Killed it with the clad ...:occasion14:

Nice work on the clad! Living in San Jose, CA, I've had precious few "older" finds, and while I certainly would much rather dig up silver coins, IHP and Buffalo Nickels, digging up clad is the next best thing. It's all about the attitude! Keep on hunting!!

Thanks Cal.....same here regarding the older coins but we also enjoy digging clad. Without it we'd be taking up a different hobby.
