Got out Sunday for a few hours at the park where I found the Civil War Store Card last year and took the new dirt weapon out for its maiden voyage.
The get go was a bit slow, getting used to new sounds is a bit overwhelming at first, but I finally started to get the hang of it.
Dug a bunch of junk as you can see, pulled 5 Wheaties, and 4 Nickels. 1 item you may not be able to see is a small pellet of bird shot. Talk about having a frustrating time trying to locate the target in the hole. The Xp Deus said it was there and so did the Pro-Pointer.
1 of the Wheaties is a 1909. I looked hard for the "S" mintmark, but it just ain't there. Go it in a potato to get the dirt of the back. Hoping for VDB at the least.
