Super Shiny Rock (Metalic)

So I found this super shiny rock while cleaning out my Grandparents garage and have no idea what it is, was hoping for some expert opinions. All I know, so far, is that it is shiny, and when I put it up next to a light magnet, I felt no magnetic pull of any kind. Any ideas?

Its Pyrite or fools gold. I have large slabs of it. It breaks off into little pieces. Cool stuff. If it is very heavy like say lead it may be gold.
